Canton Fair for Sheep and Goats:
Saturday, October 26, at Champ Giguet.
Program:
10 AM – Amateur sheepdog trials and goat and sheep cheese competition.
3 PM – Sheep shearing demonstration.
8 PM – Dinner and dance hosted by “Les Musicos” at the community hall.
All day – Refreshments, small food stands, and musical entertainment.

• An extensive map of hiking trails is for sale at €5, and a thematic guidebook titled “Family Walks” is available for €3 at the Tourist Office.
• The geo-guiding app Virées en Aravis, available for free download on the Apple Store and Google Store, includes some of the summer hikes.
• A half-day group outing is offered by the Guides’ Office on Wednesdays, October 23 and 31, from 9 AM to 12 PM at Col des Aravis (€30/adult, €26/under 12 years).
