Reblochon festival

It's time for the reblochon festival!
It's the return of the traditional costumes and customs that have marked the history of our beloved village.

On the program...
10am - Open-air mass
11:15 am - Aperitif concert with the "Cocktail des montagnes" group and country-style lunch (Savoyard meal, artisans' plank, tartiflette, diots, potato fritters)
2.30pm - Parade of herds and floats accompanied by the "bell ringers" group (departure from Salon des Dames)
4pm - Arrival of the bell ringers at Bossonnet
5pm - Milking cows and making farmhouse Reblochon cheese
6pm - Folk dancing with the Lou Socali group from La Clusaz
7pm - Tombola, tiercé des associations and Savoyard meal
8:30pm - Concert

In addition to all this, several other activities are planned...
- Old-fashioned bread-making in the Bossonnet communal oven
- Living tableaux showing trades of yesteryear (woodworking and woolworking)
- Hay pool for toddlers
- Sheep shearing
- Manufacture of "tavaillons
- Tree felling
- Old-fashioned skiing...
And, of course, a chance to discover the farm's products, such as farmhouse Reblochon, chevrotin, tomme and abondance...

In short, it's one of the most eagerly awaited events for visitors and locals alike!
It's a chance to step back into the authentic atmosphere of the past for a day.
