SOME ADVICE BEFORE LEAVING :

- Be aware of the weather and consult the Bulletin d’Estimation du Risque d’Avalanche.
- Never go alone, tell someone about your itinerary and the time you plan to go.
- Take the safety equipment and check that it works: DVA / shovel / probe.
- Learn and practice using the safety equipment BEFORE going out.
